Bo McCalebb stays with Munich

Bo McCalebbCurrent German Bundesliga BBL champions Bayern Munich agreed fresh terms with Bo McCalebb (178 cm, New Orleans’08), extending his contract through to the conclusion of January. The American joined the club one month ago on a short term deal and has impressed enough to be given a longer contract for a further five weeks. McCalebb has played five games for Bayern so far this season and through his stay has averaged 13.0 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 6.6 assists per game.

Bo McCalebb is a point guard who played extensively for Fenerbahce last season. He played forty games in the Turkish TBL and logged 10.5 points, 2.5 boards, and 3.5 dimes per game. From 24 Euroleague encounters McCalebb managed 11.9 points, 3.2 rebounds, and 2.9 scoring passes per appearance.

The 29-year old has previously played in Italy and Serbia since leaving New Orleans in 2008.
