Auston Calhoun joins Angers

Auston Calhoun (201 cm, Bowling Green’13) has penned a deal with Angers BC 49 (France, ProB) for the upcoming 2014/2015 season. The American graduated Bowling Green in 2013 and has played professionally in Europe since. During the 2014/2015 season the forward played for SAM Basket Massagno (Switzerland, LNA) and over seventeen games he impressed with averages of 18.8 points, 7.2 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game.

Auston Calhoun played for Rilski Sportist Samokov (Bulgaria, NBL) domestically and in Europe during the 2013/2014 season. The 25-year old played 26 NBL games that campaign and logged numbers of 9.1 points and 4.4 boards per appearance. Calhoun was also in action over six Eurochallenge contest that season and grabbed 8.8 points and 3.3 rebounds per game.
