Antero Lehto to OpenjobMetis Varese

OpenjobMetis Varese of the Italian Serie A has acquired the services Finnish player Antero Lehto (185 cm) this 2015. He was a recent addition to the Finnish national team in 2014 and competed in the 2014 FIBA World Cup. The player is shifting from Pyrinto Tampere from his Finland’s Korisliiga. He played nine games for them in the Baltic league and produced averages of 12.6 ppg and 2.3 apg. Antero also logged 27 games in the domestic Finnish league and there he recorded averages of 16.7 ppg and 3.0 apg.

He played the 2013/14 season for Pyrinto as well. In 20 Baltic league games he averaged 15.0 ppg and 3.0 apg. Lehto averaged 16.2 ppg and 3.8 apg in 57 games.
