Aloysius Anagonye heads to Boulogne

SO Maritime Boulogne (France-ProA) has acquired the services of veteran Aloysius Anagonye (203 cm, Michigan State’03) for the 2014-15 season. Anagonye is a 33-year-old Nigerian-American player who was a former member of the Nigerian national team in 2006-07 and again in 2009. He played the 2013-14 season for another French Pro A team, Paris-Levallois. Aloysius played 10 games for them during their run in the Eurocup and managed to average 6.3 ppg and 3.9 rpg. In the French league he logged a total of 32 games 6.0 ppg and 3.9 rpg. Paris-Levallois was able to reach the French Leaders Cup semifinals in 2014.
