Alade Aminu to play for Hapoel Eilat

Alade Aminu (210 cm, Georgia Tech’09) is ready to contribute and make an impact for his new team, Hapoel Eilat (Israel-Winner league) this season. Aminu is a 27-year-old Nigerian player who has been a member of the Nigerian national team since 2012. He recently helped his national squad win at the 2015 Afrobasket championships and book a trip to the 2016 Olympic games. In seven games he averaged 15.3 ppg and 6.7 rpg. Alade spent the 2014/15 season as a member of Ronesans TED Kolejliler Ankara (Turkey-TBL). In 30 games in the Turkish league, Aminu was able to register averages of 11.6 ppg and 5.1 rpg.
