Abdullahi Kuso goes to Iwate Big Bulls

The Iwate Big Bulls (Japan-BJ league) have landed Nigerian forward Abdullahi Kuso (206 cm, Tallahassee CC’08) for the 2014-15 season. Kuso was a former member of the Nigerian National Team in 2007. He has played for a few teams from Japan’s BJ league in the past. In 2013-14 he was on the roster of Aomori Watts. Abdullahi played 54 games for the club and managed to average a solid double-double of 10.2 ppg and 10.4 rpg. He was also reliable on the defensive end of the court with 1.4 bpg.

In 2012-13 Kuso played for the Miyazaki Shining Suns (Japan-BJ league) and there he averaged 17.3 ppg and 12.3 rpg through 31 games.
