For consideration of Court Side Europe B.V, a company located in The Netherlands, (hereinafter refereed to as “the Camp organizers”) inviting and permitting the under-signed to participate in the Pro Camp in Frankfurt, Germany (on June 26th, 27th, 28th, 29th and 30th 2008) and does hereby now and forever, fully and finally for himself, his heirs, administrators, executors, successors, and assigns, agree to waive all claims of whatever nature, and forever release, remise, acquit, discharge, and hold harmless Court Side B.V, the athletic facility of the Pro Camp, and any other facility used for this camp its respective officers, agents, employees, successors, assigns, and assureds and all other persons, firms, corporations, associations or partnerships associated therewith from all claims, demands, actions or cause of actions arising out of any losses or injuries to his person or property, or both, which may result, be sustained, or be received by him as a result of his attending and participating in the above Pro Camp. The player understands that by signing this release and waiver, he covenants and agrees that he, as well as his heirs, administrators, executives, successors, and assigns, will never institute any suite or action at the law or otherwise against Court Side B.V, the athletic facility of the camp, and any other facility used for this camp, or in any way aid in the institution or prosecution of any claim, demand, action or cause of action for damages, costs, loss of services, expenses, or compensation for or on account of any damage, loss or injury either to his person, property, or both, which may result from the undersigns attendance and participation at the aforementioned Pro Camp or any travel or other activity associated therewith. The player acknowledges that Court Side B.V has the right to profit financially in any legal manner from the group image of the players as they are attending the Pro Camp and wear the Camp uniform. If requested, such team image can be associated with brands or products of any kind and the athlete has no right to any compensation for such association. Furthermore Court Side B.V can not request the Player to perform any individual promotional activities not in connection with the Pro Camp group and its uniforms, unless otherwise stipulated. The player further acknowledges that by attending the above mentioned Pro Camp he voluntarily assumes all risks and dangers known and unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, attendant to his attendance and participation in said Pro Camp. The undersigned further declares and represents that no promise, inducement, or agreement not herein expressed has been made to the undersigned, and that this release expressed has been made to the undersigned, and that this release contains the entire agreement between the parties to this release and that the terms of this release are contractual and not a mere recital.
