Costs of the Camp


PLAYERS: € 399,- per player

This includes a four night stay in the Courtyard Marriott hotel
(checking in on thursday the 26th of June, and checking out on monday the 30th) in a double room, breakfast included. Court Side will take care of the reservations and payments of the rooms. Players do not need to contact the hotel. Please be aware of the fact that the above price is only for players that are officially represented by Court Side and have been invited to participate in the camp. There will be a limited number of roster spots open for walk-on players (so called "Wild Cards"). Different prices may apply for these type of players. Also be aware of the fact that the camp fee of € 399 is NON-REFUNDABLE if a player cancels his participation within 96 hours before the start of the camp (no matter the reason of his cancelation). You will have to make your own reservations directly with Courtyard Marriott hotel, or the Relexa Hotel and guarantee the reservation with a major credit card. Don't forget to use the code word "Court Side" to get a special rate for your room.


HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CAMP

PLAYERS:
Register on-line by clicking on the link "Go to the application form for players" at the bottom of this screen, and then send the € 399,- to the bank account of Court Side (Parkwijklaan 229, 1326 JT Almere, The Netherlands), which is:45.94.267.53, swift code: ABNANL2A, IBAN code: NL35ABNA0459426753. Name of Bank: ABN AMRO bank, Account holder: Court Side B.V, address of bank: ABN AMRO Bank, Dam, Postbus 3935, 1001 AS Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Please include your full name on the money transfer (very important !). Please note that registrations will only be accepted upon receiving a DETAILED profile including such data as, birthdate, birthplace, nationality (or nationalities), height, weight, position, telephone number, mobile phone number, address and the teams you played for the last three seasons plus all your stats. For booking rooms, each guest will have to make his own arrangements with either the Courtyard Marriott hotel, or the Relexa Hotel. Players don't need to do anything. The rooms will be reserved and paid for by Court Side.
